We offer easy scheduling through Vagaro! Follow the link on our Facebook, instagram or our website!

A Card on file is required to schedule. 

How do I contact you 

You may contact us via email at nauturalharmonyheadspa.gb@gmail.com. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US THROUGH VAGARO CONNECT 

What is your cancelation policy 

Please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a 50% service charge for cancellations made after that time.

Do you see kids/teens

Yes! If you would like to book for your kid/teen we ask that an adult may be present to fill out our consent form. 

How do you decide what products to use?

Please choose the head spa option that you believe will best suit your scalp needs. Once you arrive we do a scalp analysis to determine which products to use for you to receive the best resutls

Can I book if I am pregnant ?

Pregnant women are advised to avoid head spa treatments, as they require lying on your back for up to an hour and involve the use of essential oils. However, if you are in your first trimester and have consulted with your doctor, we may be able to accommodate a head spa treatment.

Can I schedule together with my partner/friend?

Yes! We are now offering Head Spa for 2. Book now through Vagaro.

(We are not able to see more than 2 people at a time)

How do you deal with allergies?

Some of our natural products contain nut oils, essential oils, or ingredients that may not be gluten-free. We are happy to work with you on any allergies or sensitivities, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us ahead of your visit so we can prepare appropriate alternatives.

Head Spa Guidelines 

Please note that the Head Spa is not a replacement for medical care. Customers with any underlying issues or concerns should consult their doctor. NATURAL HARMONY HEAD SPA will not provide services for individuals with any of the following conditions, as they are contraindications for safe and effective treatment.

  • Immediately after consuming alcohol

  • Immediately after surgery whether medical, reconstructive, or cosmetic.

  • 2 weeks after any kind of beauty lasering service

  • Anyone who has done surgery or medical treatments to the neck or head

  • Swelling, bumps, or severe edema of undetermined reason

  • Diabetes or any related heart diseases

  • High or low blood pressure

  • High fever, diarrhea, or abdominal pain

  • Anyone who has experienced an epilepsy seizure within the last year

  • Immediately expecting mothers

  • Any kind of diseases/viruses, especially those related to the skin. Those with fungal scalp conditions, contagious skin disorders, open sores, or lice should consult a dermatologist for appropriate care

  • Cardiovascular disorder, a history of thrombosis, or a severe headache
